Descriptions :
Omega Stainless Steel Seamaster Automatic (120m~400ft) Diving Chronograph "Ref.176.004" with Date and Rotating Bezel. Circa 1970s.
Dial :
Signed original blue dial is in MINT / Excellent condition. Luminous hour markings appears to be in fairly good condition. Hands are in reasonably fair shape with aged mark at the luminous area as shown.
Case :
Stainless Steel case is signed and Original which has been previously polished. Signed & Original Spring Loaded Screw Down Crown. Single direction Rotating bezel is in Reasonable condition with some age marks at the blue plastic area. Screw back cover with Ref.176.004 inscripted inside. Signed and original stainless steel bracelet is in fairly good shape. Glass Crystal is in good shape with no visible damage.

Size Measured = Approx. 42mm from lugs to lugs.

Note : Case is similar to the 'Flightmaster' case.

Movement :
Cal.1040 Automatic movement is in Very NICE and CLEAN, EXCELLENT condition. This is a very high grade Automatic Movement which is similar to the one (Cal.1041) used for Speedmaster 125 Limited Edition Model. Watch has recently been serviced and oiled.

Note : It has the same movement as the famous Speedmaster 125 Anniversary model which carry a Cal.1041 (officially Certified Chronometer) movement. (Please read "My Favorite Omega" section for further info about Speedmaster 125 model.

Remarks :
This is considerably very rare and collectable. I have previously sold 4-5 pcs over the last few years and this one has been a consignment item which belongs to a friend of mine. Runs well and keeps good time.
