Citizen Stainless Steel "1st Railmaster" Center Second Manual Wind WW with White Dial. Circa 1950s.
Dial :
Signed and original white dial appears to be in MINT / LIKE NEW condition. Black number hour markings. Signed "CITIZEN HOMER" at 12:00 and "SECOND SETTING / 21 JEWELS" at 6:00. Silver colored luminous hands are in excellent condition. 
Case :
Original SS case with snap type case back appears to be in excellent condition with only fine light scratches from wear which can easily be polished off. Outside of the case back cover signed with Japanese word as shown. Crown is original but is not signed. Plastic crystal appears to be in excellent condition.

Size Measured = 35mm without lugs and crown.

Movement :
Signed and original 21 Jewels manual wind movement appears to be in excellent / like new / very clean condition (As Shown on Scan).
Remarks :
Watch runs well and keeps good time. I was told this is a very hard to find Japanese Railmaster made by Citizen (A well know Japanese watch manufacturer.
