Rare and Unusual I.W.C. (International Watch Co.) Solid (Hallmarked) 18K Yellow Gold "Tuning Fork" wrist watch with Date-Day (Quick Set). Circa 1960/70s.
Dial :
Signed Original Gold tone Dial is in Excellent / Mint condition with no visible aging mark. Metal applied IWC logo at 12:00 and Gold / Black 2-Tone applied hour markings.
Case :
Signed original Solid 18KYG Hallmarked case with snap back cover appears to be in good / excellent condition with minor scratches from wear over the years. Case appears to have never been polished. Signed Snap back cover is nice and tight with Ref. 2049893 inside the case back. Crown has typical IWC fish logo (Non-Screw Type). 
Movement :
Signed Original Cal.160 12Jewels Tuning Fork movement is nice and clean (As shown on scan). Powered by single battery. Movement is fully signed IWC Swiss, Cal.150 and has Bulova patent (Like Omega Tuning Fork watch also patented by Bulova). Serial No.2192xxx.
Remarks :
Remarks : Runs well and keep excellent time. Watch is overall in excellent condition. Watch comes with brand new leather strap.

For those who know Accutron movement, although it is a quartz movement but the second's hand does not move step-by-step, in fact it runs smooth. This is a rare hard to find sample of IWC. Highly collectable.
